How Surprising

I'm actually really proud of myself, for the past two whole weeks I haven't eathen ANY junk food, and that's quite an accomplishment for me. The first few days literally felt like 12 years but now I'm not doing too bad, I don't always think about junk food as my first or even second option when I'm hungry. And what's really weird is I'm actually starting to crave healthy food? Like, what the hell? I've been drinking lots of water too which is something I never used to do; I feel a lot healthier and I really like that I'm not in love with junk food the way I used to be. Don't get me wrong, I will always have an appreciation for the lovely creation of junk food but Idon't  feel like I always have to eat it. I hope I can keep this up along with drinking a lot of water, I've been going to the gym a lot too so I hope that if I keep all of that up that I'll pick up healthy habits and become a lot healthier. I encourage everyone to just try to not eat any junk food for a few days, then make it a week, then keep going! Eventually you don't crave the bad stuff anymore and you actually start to enjoy fruits and vegetables and water, all things I never thought I'd ever say.
