Snowed In

This week we seem to have gotten an extra long weekend; at first I was thrilled we had Monday off due to Family Day, to then get a snow day right after was marvelous, but when we get ANOTHER snow day today it seems as though I haven't been at school for years! Although I have been able to use this as a time to relax as well as try to catch up on as much work as I can, I still can't help but feel sluggish and bored. Since I have had so much time to sit around and think, I have decided to create a work out plan to cure this sluggish feeling I have been feeling lately. When I have worked out in the past I've always felt so much better and so much more energetic. So I have decided to take you on this journey with me! I'm going to keep you updated with different workouts I try, as well as different healthy recipes I'm going to try! This will just be a part of my blog that I plan to keep updated, I hope this gives other people motivation to go out and get healthy alongside with me! :)
