So I've been trying to eat healthy as well as exercise regularly but so far it hasn't been going too great. I've gone to the gym a few times in the past few days, but for the eating healthy side of things... well, it's not working out too great. I'm a lover of all things bad for you; junk food of any kind, I'll eat, and I always seem to have a craving for ice cream, chocolate and chips all at the same time. What sucks the most is that the food that's bad for you is so easy to make or get while the healthy food takes, usually, a lot of prep work, which on busy school mornings I'm not able to do. So for now I'm just trying to figure out something that will work and drinking lots of water; unfortunately all that's gotten me is the urge to pee every hour. I'm going to continue to work out as much as I can as well as eat as healthy as possible and try my best to not give into those cravings, (even though I did today, but it's National Cupcake Day so it's totally allowed). Anyways, I do hope your 'healthier lifestyle' is working out a lot better than mine!
