Trying New Things

Last night I was craving something sweet, (as usual) and I had worked out earlier that day and didn't want to ruin the small amount of progress I made. So I took a little gander on Pinterest and found a recipe that staisfies that sweet craving but is still completely healthy, and super easy to make. You need the items below to make it:

1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1/4 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of whey protein
4 ice cubes (optional)

There is no secret formula of how to create this lovely masterpiece, just simply throw everything into a blender and blend away. You can choose how thick you want it just by putting more ice cubes in it, depending on your preference. I personally LOVE ice cream so I put in 6 ice cubes to really give it that ice cream effect. I found this a nice way to cool off as well as get rid of my sweet cravings. I encourage everyone to try it out!
