Ultimate Ab Workout

http://www.womenshealthmag.com/fitness/get-rock-solid-abs

This is a link to the best ab workout that I have ever tried! I advise everyone to try it out; the steps are very easy to understand and you don't have to be a core champion to be able to do these moves. You can feel so many of these moves working instantly and you totally feel the burn. They give you recommended reps for each move but that doesn't necessarily mean you must do that many, (or that little for some of you crazy people out there)  you can go at your own pace and I promise you will feel it the next morning. The first time I tried it I was sore for the next 3 days! It works your entire core including your back, so in weeks you'll have the beautiful abs you've been waiting for your entire life. I add a little extra to this workout by throwing in a 60 second plank at the end; it gives me that little extra burn and it also allows me to see my progress. What I find crazy about this workout is that the next day you can feel yourself flexing your core without even realizing you were doing it in the first place. It's definitely a good workout, and I encourage everyone who has ever wished upon a star for a beach body and perfectly sculpted abs to try this workout and add it into your work out routine.

Slimming Drink

Okay so I was watching Dr.Oz the other day and he reccommended this slim down drink that is extremely simple to make. It blasts away fat and makes the fat burn much more readily when exercising compared to normal. You drink it 3 times a day before every meal and I've decided to try it out mainly because I know the ingredients are good for you as well as it being not a hard commitment to follow, especially compared to other drinks for weight loss. Here are the ingredients:

1 cup grapefruit juice (I recommend just using juice from a store for convience reasons, just make sure that there's no added sugar in the juice so you're not adding sugar to your drink)

2 tsp of apple cider vinegar

1 tsp of honey (for taste)

So if you don't like grapefruit or grapefruit juice don't try this because it's what the drink is mainly composed of. Also the apple cider vinegar smells awful and can really put you off of the drink. But there is only a little bit in there so it mainly tastes like grapefruit juice with a hint of apple cider vinegar. I suggest just poundin' 'er back like a beer. It's completely do-able and I'll let you know if I start to see a difference at all!
